international education seems to getting difficult

The current system of acceptance of international students seems to be getting more difficult now a days, students have to show large amount of money in the bank before he can be approve of a visa, gone are the days when people can help others go and take an education abroad. it is not enough that a friend or relative can sponsor a student to study abroad, but the student himself has to have money in bank. where can we go to now? if education is that difficult what would happen to a young mans dreams of becoming a global citizen. I guess these dreams just eventually fade away.. we have helped many look for schools but governments make it more difficult now.. we wait for the time that opportunities come for young boys to be able to pursue their ambitions to study in good schools, but how long do we wait.. I guess their is nothing to do now but just wait..
